Grimsay Boat Haven

This project was to deliver a building to protect and display five of the best remaining examples of the Stewart boats.  An adjacent new building provides office, retail and information spaces, linking the boats to the local history archive and provides an authentic introduction to the practical skills of island life for young and old, Uistich and visitor alike.

A further phase of this project is yet to be realised which will see the new buildings linked to the Ceann na h-Àirigh building which houses a post office and cafe.
