Morvern Community hub
The Morvern Community Development Company has created a community building in the heart of the village of Lochaline. It houses a cafe with a retail and tourist information area. It also has office spaces for lease to local businesses.
The community hub has been designed to Passivhaus standards and features low u-values, excellent airtightness, an MVHR system and air source heat pumps.

The project also included three one bedroom houses which were built to help with the shortage of new housing in the area.
