Perth Shopfronts

21-23 High Street is an HES B Listed, prominent building bookending part of the Historic Perth High Street. The property showcases a rare two-storey shopfront; the first floor and part of ground floor still retain original fabric from 1900.

Through securing a Shopfront Regeneration Grant from Perth and Kinross Heritage Trust, work has now been completed on Phase 1 of this project; restoring the stained glass windows, lead flashings and casement windows. Phase 2 will start on site in 2021, with works to restore the ground floor shopfront to a traditional form and restoration of George Street windows and stallriser.
