Regent Street Lane

Our client bought an old and run down Coach house on Regent St Lane in Portobello. The goal is to sensitively restore the building, making use of existing openings and infilling later additions, whilst using sustainably driven materials and technologies to meet modern standards of insulation and air tightness. A few minor interventions such as a new balcony with large sliding glass doors will ensure that the building is a bright and comfortable home. The construction works is going to be done as a self-build which is a significant task given the state of disrepair that the building was in when purchased.
